Basic Course on Amazon Cloud Computing Platform

This training program helps attendees understand the rapidly developing world of Cloud Computing. While the term is widely known, Cloud Computing characteristics, architectures, and its impact on system design are less widely understood. CTE's Basic Cloud Computing course clears the fog regarding Cloud Computing and enables organizations to clearly grasp the potential of Cloud Computing for their future IT initiatives. This course is aimed at SysAdmin and programmers who would like to understand and get hands on experience on the popular Amazon Cloud Platform. This course is supported by lab sessions to work on Amazon's Public Cloud Platform, AWS.

Advanced Course on Amazon Cloud Computing Platform

This training program helps attendees understand advanced topics of Amazon Cloud Platform components like Simple Queue Service and Email Service. This course also covers EC2 command line utilities and the automation of operations on Amazon's Cloud Platform. Different case studies and scenarios will be discussed for various deployment options including cost calculations. Particular attention is paid to discussing the implications of the different deployment options and what steps are necessary for IT organizations to implement each. The benefits and risks of each option are also examined.

Architecture Training

This training course helps attendees understand the rapidly developing world of Cloud Computing. It provides a hands-on workshop illustrating the concepts and practical actions associated with the deployment and development of a traditional LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl/PHP, Python) application on Amazon Web Services' Elastic Compute Cloud (AWS EC2). While the term Cloud Computing is widely known, its characteristics, architectural constraints, and details of application life cycle are less widely understood. The Cloud Computing Architecture workshop clears the fog regarding Cloud Computing and enables participants to clearly grasp the potential of Cloud Computing for their future IT initiatives and the impact it may have on their application life cycle management.

Cloud Overview for Senior Executives

This training program helps Senior Executives gain an in-depth understanding of Cloud technologies, exploring the strategic implications of enterprise Cloud Computing and examining how the drive for lower costs and greater scalability and agility is making Cloud Computing a fiscal and technological imperative. The Cloud value proposition varies greatly based on an organization's chosen deployment model.
